Lunar Saturation: a readable Elune aura beside a locked Forever item

The light of Elune turns up in an unexpected place in the Forever client: beside an item that can’t be read.

In the installed wowf 1.60.1.70630 client that Campfire examined on 27 October 2026, aura 1300875 is readable. It is called Lunar Saturation, and its text says: “The light of Elune is fully saturated.” Condition record 159029 references that aura alongside item 266151 and quest 94917. The item and the quest are in encrypted sections, so their ID numbers show and nothing more.

Three conditions, one item

Item 266151 appears in two more readable conditions. Condition 151174 references quest 94874, both as a current quest and as a completed one. Condition 158944 references quest 94917, the same quest as 159029. Both quests are encrypted, and only 159029 brings in the aura.

These rows are shaped differently from the six profession conditions that point at nearby locked items. They name no profession or skill, and they refer to current quests rather than previous ones. Item 266151 sits in the same encrypted section as those six, but a shared section is a storage fact, not a story link.

A lunar context, as a hypothesis

The natural reading is a quest context with a lunar, Elune-themed flavour. That hypothesis rests on one aura in one condition. It doesn’t give the item’s name, or say whether it is a reward, equipment, a quest token or something else. The conditions’ raw logic is unparsed, so a check could be about not holding the item, or about some other state entirely.

The thread to pull is quest 94917, which appears both with the aura and without it. Its record is encrypted, so in these conditions the aura’s name and its line about Elune are the only readable words attached to item 266151.
