A Druid wants to leave Zephras Isle at level 1 to quest with a brother. Beta players raised a level 10 catch

A 26 October question drew two kinds of answer: one player says they ran straight for the ship in the beta, while others warned that a Druid may have to come back for a class quest.

On 26 October a player asked on r/wowforever whether they could leave Zephras Isle at level 1 and head to Teldrassil, so they could meet their brother and start questing together from the beginning. They had assumed leaving the island was tied to its quests or story. A little later in the thread they added the detail that changed the advice: they are rolling a Druid.

On the first question, Felkyr answered from their own beta testing a couple of weeks earlier. Nothing stopped them ignoring the island's content and running straight for the ship in Valanaar, they said, with one ambusher behind a pillar to watch for on the way. The Druid detail brought a different warning. AntonWhite0001 said some level 10 class quests send you back to your starting zone, and that Druid's certainly does. songinrain and stereolithium suggested reaching level 10 and learning bear form first, then meeting up; songinrain proposed Darkshore, noting that the brother would be leaving Darnassus at around level 10 too. Another commenter preferred finishing each starting zone separately and swapping stories afterwards.

These are beta experiences and planning suggestions, not a route we have checked in a launch client, and the class-quest requirement is the commenters' account. What the thread lays out is the real choice for two siblings starting apart: meet at level 1 and possibly make the long trip twice, or meet a little later and make it once.
