Draught of Predatory Senses now shares the combat potion cooldown

A line in Blizzard’s 16 October development notes reclassifies one consumable. Draught of Predatory Senses is now a Potion, it shares the Combat Potion cooldown, and its duration has been reduced to fit that design.
What changes for you
Sharing the Combat Potion cooldown means it competes with your other combat potions. Drink the Draught, and your next combat potion has to wait for the shared cooldown, and the other way round.
So the question in a fight is no longer whether to add the Draught to everything else. It is which potion you want on that cooldown. The notes do not say what the Draught does, or give durations for it or the shared cooldown, so the tooltip will settle how much that choice costs.
A second consumable change
The same Items section adds that scrolls now incur a global cooldown when used. Reading a scroll in the middle of a fight now costs you a global cooldown, so it competes with your abilities for that moment as well.
