Cookie policy
This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage (such as localStorage) used on WoW Campfire (https://wowcampfire.com), run by Future Developments s.r.o. ("we"). For everything else about your data, see our Privacy policy.
The short version
- Strictly necessary storage makes the site work as you ask. It needs no consent.
- No analytics or advertising script loads until you allow it in the cookie banner (Accept all, Reject all or Choose).
- We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as "Reject all".
Categories
Strictly necessary. Remembers your cookie choice, keeps you signed in once you sign in, remembers which front page you chose, and keeps what you save on your device: your bag, talent builds and checklist progress.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit and how the site is used. GA4 does not store IP addresses.
Advertising. The Meta, Reddit and X pixels help us measure and improve our social media campaigns and build advertising audiences. We and each platform are joint controllers for collecting this data; the platform then uses it as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (see Providers below and our Privacy policy).
What we use
The names and durations below come from a check of the site in Chromium on 28 October 2026, after "Accept all". "Our site" means the cookie or storage belongs to wowcampfire.com, even when a provider's script sets it. "Provider's domain" means the platform's own website sets it, under its own rules.

Meta and Reddit set nothing on their own domains in our check; if you are signed in to them, their own cookies apply under their policies.

Other things your browser loads
- Blizzard images. Game icons and some Blizzard artwork load directly from Blizzard Entertainment's servers (render.worldofwarcraft.com and bnetcmsus-a.akamaihd.net). Your browser requests them from Blizzard, which sees your IP address and browser details. In our check, these servers set no cookies.
- Fonts and films come from our own site through our host, Vercel. No font or video service receives your visit.
- Links to Blizzard, the sources we cite, Wowdee and our social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit) are plain links. We embed no social widgets.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to accept, reject or choose again. When you withdraw consent, we stop these tools and delete their cookies and storage on our site. Cookies on a provider's domain are controlled by that provider and your browser settings. Withdrawing does not undo earlier processing. Your choice is kept in your browser for 12 months, then we ask again.
If we cannot verify your remembered choice, optional tools stay off. Other open tabs receive withdrawals through browser messages and storage checks; a suspended tab checks again when restored. If your browser blocks every way to save or share a withdrawal, we can keep it only in pages that received it. Closing all those pages loses that unsaved choice; a later visit may still have an older saved choice. Browser settings can block these tools across visits.
