RP-PvP joins Forever’s rulesets for the November 4 launch
Blizzard changed course on 22 October and will add a Roleplay-PvP ruleset for the November 4 launch. RP-PvP name reservation from October 27 is a stated aim, not yet confirmed.

Early name reservation: Blizzard's announced times, eligibility, three-character limit and an Oceanic ruleset-order bug
Blizzard's 20 October article sets Early Name Reservation for 27 October to 3 November, with up to three characters across all rulesets for eligible purchases. On 27 October Blizzard warned that, because of a bug, Oceanic players on Australian servers must create Roleplay or Roleplay-PvP characters before Normal or PvP ones. What the written terms say, and what we have not tested ourselves.
